Memory of us, women. The World of Women has taken inspiration from Women’s leadership roles during the WWII. Exploring the theme of women taking charge and the labour uniform of the era. The silhouette is strong and very uniform like with subtle hints of feminine elements such as silk and romantic pastel colours. Taking stripes reference from Medieval time when ‘Stripes' used to be seen as negative connotation that represents criminals, prison uniforms, clowns, prostitutes , etc. In this collection we use it as connotation of fearlessness, daring, willingness to test boundaries of social tolerance.
